AODA/mental health assistance, parenting classes, nutrition education, community activities, breastfeeding training, lifestyle management (stress relief techniques) clothing incentives, and $25 client referral program. Provides ongoing prenatal support over phone; free to anyone with Medicaid.
Prenatal care coordination program free to Children’s Community Health Plan members. Offers support & services needed to have a healthy pregnancy, healthy baby. Incentive program to earn baby items & gift cards, welcome mom kit, breastfeeding kit, home visits.
Free prenatal program for pregnant iCare BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid SSI members. Help to find a healthcare provider and obtain baby supplies.
Includes free home visits from nurse or social worker.
