Through our Single Mom University platform, we offer 100+ online courses that include: Navigating Parenting Seasons, Co-Parenting, Raising Boys, and much more. Parenting classes and support

Milwaukee County

Parenting Network

Parent Café’s are peer-to-peer support and learning groups are offered in Milwaukee’s Muskego Way, Metcalfe Park and Harambee neighborhoods. Cafés are free. Registration required for child care.

Our Daily Bread

Mommy & Baby Live Well Be Well Care coordination(CCC) for mothers with newborns (under 30 days old). Continued CCC services until child is age 7 (access to AODA/mental health, educational, social activities, employment, clothing incentive, $25 client referral program)

Mommy & Baby Project: free emergency diapers, by appointment only.

Women’s Care Center

Diapers, car seats, cribs & more provided when enrolled in Center services. Classes: one-on-one birth preparation, baby care basics, breastfeeding, & goals

Safe Families for Children

Provides a secure, temporary home for children whose parents are in a crisis situation. May provide housing assistance to teen moms and their children. Families in need may also be connected to Family Friends and Family Coaches.

DivorceCare

A ministry offering genuine hope to men and women going through separation or divorce, with encouragement, practical information, and fellowship in Jesus Christ.

Waukesha County

Parents Place

Register for classes, free childcare. Fees may be reduced or waived.

Waukesha County Public Health Dept

Child health & parenting services are provided free by the home visiting nurse program. Nurses can make referrals and help with healthcare, dental care, counseling, transportation, and WIC nutrition.
